Confirm email transport
Use SMTP for real delivery. Log transport records messages but does not send them externally.

Enter sender and SMTP details
Configure sender, SMTP host, port, encryption, user and secret in the appropriate platform settings.

Send a test email
Use the built-in Test Email action and confirm the recipient receives it.

Check Communication Centre
For queued operational messages, review recipient, attempts, Sent/Failed status and any delivery error.
