Create, Verify and Download a Company Backup

Create a portable company-scoped backup and prove its integrity before relying on it.

Before you begin
  • Backups can contain sensitive financial, payroll and document data. Protect downloaded copies appropriately.
  1. 01

    Open Backup & Restore

    Go to Setup & Controls -> Backup & Restore.

  2. 02

    Create Backup Now

    MAS ERP creates a protected server-side company backup containing tenant business records and tenant files included by the backup policy.

  3. 03

    Wait for Completed

    Do not download an in-progress or failed backup.

  4. 04

    Verify

    Run verification so archive, table and attachment checksums are confirmed.

  5. 05

    Download

    Download the verified .masbackup.tar.gz file and store it securely outside the ERP server.
